We’re excited to expand and open a local Intrepid Travel office in Tashkent, Uzbekistan – and you can be a part of this fantastic team!

As a Contracting & Reservations Coordinator for Intrepid Travel Uzbekistan, you will handle the following:

Responsibilities:

• Booking all accommodation, transportation and activities required for our trips across Central Asia.
• Helping with negotiating of competitive rates and building trusted relationships with our local suppliers.
• Uploading supplier contracts and reservation information into the system.
• Ensuring that Tour Leaders and suppliers have access to the correct details at all times.

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Reservations or Operations role within the travel & tourism industry.
• Familiar with Reservations and Ticketing.
• Outstanding organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Good English communication skills.
• Proficiency with travel-related systems and MS Office applications.

• Ability to travel to and work on-site in our upcoming office in Tashkent, Uzbekistan
