Join Hilton and play a key role in creating outstanding guest experiences. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Guest Operations Manager to lead our Front Office and Food & Beverage operations while ensuring exceptional service and adherence to Hampton brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of Front Office and Food & Beverage departments.
• Deliver Hampton guest experiences and maintain Hampton service standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop Front Office and F&B team members.
• Ensure compliance with Hampton by Hilton brand standards and operational procedures.
• Drive room revenue, restaurant and bar sales, and Hilton Honors enrollments.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Foster effective collaboration between operational departments.
• Monitor operational costs, inventory, and service efficiency.
• Support the implementation of innovative ideas and best practices to enhance guest satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• At least 1 year of management experience in a hotel operations department.
• Experience in Front Office and/or international branded hotels is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Positive, guest-focused, and proactive approach.
• Fluent English and Russian are required.
