Job Vacancy – Front Office Administrator
TRYP by Wyndham Tashkent Olympic City is looking for a professional and enthusiastic Front Office Administrator to join our team.
Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist hotel guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries.
- Maintain accurate guest records.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English,Russian and Uzbek is required.
- Basic computer skills (Opera PMS knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
