Responsibilities:

​​​​​​ Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner

  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures
  • Manage reservations and bookings (online and offline)
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
  • Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
  • Resolve guest complaints quickly and efficiently
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

​​​​​​​

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred. No experience?( We can teach, No worries)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Languages required:
    • Uzbek (fluent)
    • Russian (fluent)
    • English (intermediate or higher)
  • Chinese language skills are a strong advantage (higher salary offered)
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, hotel systems preferred)
  • Presentable appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in shifts
