Job Summary: As a Guest Service Agent at our Hilton Garden Inn Astana, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable guest experience. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm and friendly welcome. Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will be crucial in providing top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a smile and a positive attitude;
  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, providing necessary information about the hotel's amenities and services;
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and resolve them promptly;
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area;
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and assist with general inquiries;
  • Provide guests with information about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options;
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts;
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience;
  • Uphold the hotel's standards for guest service and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality is a plus;
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic office applications;
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays;
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage.
