[Job Opening: Hotel Front Desk Manager]

## [Main Tasks]

  • Managing the check-in and check-out process for guests

  • Responding quickly and accurately to guest requests and inquiries

  • Managing the room reservation system and room assignments

  • Handling monetary transactions and payments

  • Managing administrative tasks related to the hotel front desk

## [Required Qualifications]

  • Proficiency in English (MUST)

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to utilize basic computer and hotel management systems (PMS)

  • Strict punctuality and a highly responsible work attitude

## [Preferred Qualifications]

  • Fluency in Korean

  • Prior experience in a similar role within the hotel industry

  • Customer service-related certifications or awards

## [Working Conditions]

  • Must be able to work the following weekly schedule:

    • Monday: 07:00 ~ 20:00

    • Tuesday: 15:00 ~ 24:00

    • Wednesday: OFF

    • Thursday: 15:00 ~ 23:00

    • Friday: 15:00 ~ 23:00

    • Saturday: 15:00 ~ 23:00

    • Sunday: 15:00 ~ 23:00

  • Selection Process: Application review followed by an in-person interview
