## [Required Qualifications]

Proficiency in English (MUST)

Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Ability to utilize basic computer and hotel management systems (PMS)

Strict punctuality and a highly responsible work attitude
## [Preferred Qualifications]

Fluency in Korean

Prior experience in a similar role within the hotel industry

Customer service-related certifications or awards
## [Working Conditions]

Must be able to work the following weekly schedule:

Monday: 07:00 ~ 20:00

Tuesday: 15:00 ~ 24:00

Wednesday: OFF

Thursday: 15:00 ~ 23:00

Friday: 15:00 ~ 23:00

Saturday: 15:00 ~ 23:00

Sunday: 15:00 ~ 23:00
