Spa Manager oversees daily operations, team, and financial performance to ensure service standards. Key duties include managing treatment quality, inventory, and staff training, while developing, promoting, and maintaining a high-end, relaxing environment that drives revenue and exceeds guest expectations for wellness experiences.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily spa and recreation operations, including reception, treatment rooms, and wet areas, ensuring immaculate cleanliness and compliance with safety/hygiene regulations.
  • Ensure a luxury guest experience by monitoring service quality, handling VIP guest needs, and promptly resolving complaints to maintain brand reputation.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule spa therapists and receptionists, fostering a motivated, professional, and knowledgeable team.
  • Manage the SPA & Recreation budget, including payroll, revenue forecasting, inventory control, and cost-effective purchasing of spa products.
  • Develop and implement promotions, seasonal packages, and retail strategies to maximize revenue and increase Spa utilization.
  • Analyze market trends to update treatment menus, maintain competitive advantage, and align with hotel brand standards.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, front office and other departments to provide seamless service

Candidate Profile:

  • 3–5 years in a luxury spa or wellness setting, with 2+ years in a management role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Spa Management, or related field.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills
