Responsibilities:
- You'll ensures the guests experience is up to the standards of the brand.
- Adhere to the Health club Policy & Standard Operating Procedures manual.
- Act as an Ambassador for the Health club representing the brand values.
- Comprehend the knowledgeable about all aspects of the Health club.
- Maintain the confidentiality policy for all Heath club guests.
- Maintain a daily activity log.
- Ensure the facility is in peak condition and clean at all times.
- Responsible for driving the guest experience.
- Ensure the Health club is receiving the highest ratings scores.
- Deal with any guest complaints, comments or concerns with discretion and urgency.
- Follow and ensure that all colleagues follow all safety procedures and practices of the property; lead by example.
- Ensure guest / member satisfaction at all times by assuring safety and service is always the Health club's first priority.
- Minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in similar role in a luxury Health club or Spa.
- Positive attitude is a must.
- Ability to work a rotating roster that includes morning, evening, weekend and public holidays shifts.
- Educated to a Diploma level (Beauty or Massage, ideally both).
